The Mindful Life Cleanse (formerly known as The Post-Holiday Mindful Cleanse) has been a popular, New Years live event in Denver for 16 years. After many requests to host the program throughout the year, for the very first time, Tina is excited to finally offer this program, online!


Tina lives in Denver with her husband of 20+ years, chickens and dog, Roxy. Their oldest son, Griffin attends Montana State University in Bozeman. And youngest son, Brody danced on their hearts for 14 years before exiting the physical world in 2021.
